As a queer Japanese immigrant and third-culture kid, I understand the complexity of navigating multiple identities and cultures. My own journey of deep healing informs the compassionate, holistic approach I bring to each session.
I combine my lived experience with specialized training in trauma, evidence-based practices, and experiential therapies. My holistic, person-centered approach honors your whole being—mind, body, and spirit—helping you tap into your body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

An experiential approach recognizes that trauma, stress, and emotions are not just mental experiences—they are stored in the body. To ignore the body in this work is like trying to fix a car engine without touching the motor—there's a critical component of the system that is left out.
