Booking a free 20-minute consultation call is the best way to see if we’re a good fit for each other. This no-pressure call is your opportunity to discuss your goals and address any questions, helping you feel comfortable and confident in deciding your next steps.

There is currently a waitlist for standard therapy. You can still book a consult to see if we are a good fit and then request to be put on a waitlist.

If you’d like to skip the wait, take a look at the Therapy Intensives options and book a consult for an Intensive instead.

    Think about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have. This is your time to ask about my approach and explore how we can work together.

  3. Move Forward with Confidence: After our call, you'll have a clear idea of how to move forward, whether that’s scheduling your first session or discussing other options.

After the Call

If you decide to move forward, I’ll help you with the next steps right away. Please plan to keep an extra 10 minutes available for your consult, so we can go over the initial onboarding paperwork.
