Trust-Based Sliding Scale

I offer a trust-based sliding scale to make therapy accessible while maintaining fairness and sustainability. This system allows you to choose the fee that feels most manageable for your financial situation.

How It Works:

  • Choose the Rate That Works for You: Select the fee level that best matches your current financial situation. This process is based on trust; no explanation is required.

  • Six-Month Period: Sliding scale rates are initially offered for 6 months, with an option to reassess and renew for an additional 6 months.

  • Intensives: Sliding scale rates for intensives are limited to one use per client annually.

  • Waiting List: Sliding scale availability is limited. If all slots are filled, you can request to join a waiting list.

Please take a moment to read through the descriptions for each rate carefully and select the one that best reflects your current financial situation with honesty and care.

Thoughtfully assessing your financial capacity supports the sustainability of this practice and helps ensure therapy remains accessible to those who need it most.

Sliding Scale Rates

Your Choice, Your Comfort

This sliding scale system is designed to be transparent and empowering. If you're unsure about which rate to choose, we can discuss the options during your consultation call, and I’ll help guide you through it. My goal is to make therapy accessible, affordable, and sustainable for both you and the practice.
