Life can leave scars—deep, hidden wounds that shape how you move through the world. If you’re here, you might be carrying the weight of past experiences that feel too heavy to hold alone. You don’t have to.

I specialize in helping individuals from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and TCK communities navigate and heal from the unique challenges they face. Together, we can work toward healing, resilience, and transformation.

The Challenges You Might Be Facing:

  • Gender-Based Violence: Healing from experiences of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, or other forms of violence rooted in gender discrimination.

  • Racial Trauma: Coping with the pain of systemic racism, microaggressions, and cultural erasure.

  • Minority Stress: Managing the chronic stress of navigating a world that often feels unwelcoming to your identity, whether through discrimination, rejection, or internalized shame related to race, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

  • Burnout from Oppression: Feeling emotionally and physically depleted from battling systemic inequities, toxic workplaces, or unrealistic societal expectations.

  • Attachment Wounds & Developmental Trauma: Untangling the impact of early relationships that left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or unworthy.

  • Complex Trauma: Living with the effects of layered or long-term traumatic experiences that have left you feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected.

  • Historical & Intergenerational Trauma: Carrying the weight of your ancestors’ struggles, whether it stems from colonization, war, or displacement.

  • Feeling Like an Outsider: Struggling with the sense of never fully belonging, whether as a queer person, an immigrant, or a TCK navigating multiple cultures and identities.

A Gentle, Yet Deep Approach to Healing

Healing trauma and stress requires a gentle, yet deep approach. Lasting healing happens through compassionate exploration, at a pace that feels safe for you. Trauma and stress affect not only our minds but also our bodies, storing emotions and memories that can be overwhelming. That’s why I focus on a body-centered, experiential approach to healing.

Through methods that engage the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—we can work together to create a safe space where you can start to feel grounded and in control. Rather than just talking about the past, we’ll explore how your body holds onto those experiences and gently release the tension and pain stored within. This approach allows us to go deep, addressing the root causes of stress and trauma, while always respecting your boundaries and pace. Healing happens when we allow ourselves to connect with the deepest parts of who we are.
